Rental Apartments Terchovská

Apartments building concept in Bratislava was a competiton proposal of rental apartments for the city. A modular concept of steel construction was designed mainly as a cost efective solution with fast construction using modern technologies and materials for the near future. The building is designed in a passive standard with all features for this kind of level. One apartment is one module, produced in a factory and assembled on site.
